Beautiful work! But needs to be packaged better when shipping. The propeller on one of the three planes I ordered was broken upon arrival. I super glued it and look forward to hanging them in my sons room!

Even though the iitem arrived damaged, I was able to glue it and you can't even tell it was broken. Regardless, the seller followed up a few times to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and offered to replace it if I desired. I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
The letters are adorable, unique and afforadable. They were shipped and delivered within the time frame promised. Plus the owner was very proactive, she stayed in constant communication to keep me updated regarding the status of my order.
