Cakewalk Yarns – Delicious Hand Dyed Yarn Treats.

Our yarns look different for a reason. The goal at Cakewalk Yarns is to create a beautiful skein (if you’re the type who likes to collect) and at the same time, produce yarns that won’t disappoint when worked up. Our signature speckled yarns have been dyed using a very unique process … let’s just say there’s more to it than meets the eye. The result is a truly beautiful fabric dotted with random colors that is joy to work up. And, here’s something novel - the finished project is actually wearable! If variegated yarns just aren’t your thing, we dye up two of our yarn bases beautiful range of tonal colorways.

Cakewalk Yarns carries a number of luscious merino and merino-blend yarn bases ranging from lace weight to aran. We use professional-grade dyes for lasting beautiful color. Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches in our Michigan studio.

Cakewalk Yarns strives to make sure that there are always yarns available when you go yarn-gazing in our shop.
