Candy Pants are women's underwear with a truly eco-friendly story. As a sustainable resource, bamboo grows without pesticides and is biodegradable. Fabric production and dying is done on a closed loop which ensures that harmful waste water is not let loose back into the environment. This process is certified by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Bamboo is as soft as cashmere and more absorbent than cotton. Furthermore, it is hypoallergenic and anti-microbial which makes it perfect for underwear.

The designer Jamie Lynn Metzger is a fashion design student at Ryerson University in Toronto. As a socially conscious designer she believes that sustainable design does not have to be ugly, boring, or expensive.
