About

Born and raised in Saint Louis Missouri I was always encouraged to be creative. My mother and father are both artists in their own ways. My mother can do anything from crochet, to paint, and my father has been a cabinet maker for the Saint Louis Art Museum for over 15 years.

I was raised a city girl, but also had a great love for the peace and quiet of the country. There is a dream my husband and I both share of moving to our own plot of land and living peacefully me crafting, him tromping through the woods he loves so much.

A the moment we reside St. Peters Missouri which is about 25 miles from downtown Saint Louis. My husband who I am sure is aggravated by all the fabrics scraps, bits of yarn, and lost needles in the carpet, (that he always seems to find the hard way) is infinitely patient with it all, and is constantly encouraging me to do my best.

I have an obsession with fiber arts. I am a self taught knitter, and have recently been learning how to spin. I hope one day to open another Etsy shop to showcase my work, but for now I am just a beginner.

I love what Etsy has done for me. It's given me the courage to really let loose my creativity and do something great! I'm not here to quit my day job (I love my day job). I'm here because I love what I make, and want others to love it too.
