Welcome to my studio of imaginative jewelry designs and vintage costume jewelry. As an avid collector of vintage costume I began creating my own jewelry designs constructed with a mix of interesting beads, findings, sterling,PMC and crystals some using recycled vintage components some all new either way you will find my designs fresh and exciting. My creations are available in numerous local brick and mortar shops as well as on line. I am a proud member of SRAJD Self Representing Artisan Jewelry Design member #1564.Having a longtime career as a professional floral designer coupled with the jewelry design I’m fortunate enough to say my “work” has never been work just a pleasure. I appreciate the opportunity to bring a smile to your face with jewels for your personal pleasure or gift giving. PS Just in case you're wondering how I chose this kind of offbeat shop name I lost my wonderful Mother this year at the grand old age of ninety she of course was on my mind as I was setting up my Etsy shop and it just popped into my head that she read me this story all the time as a child (which was a long while ago!) so it became Chickenlittlejewelry. Effective January 1st, 2011 I have made a commitment to donate 15% of all sales made in jewelry categories to help animals in need, plus 100% of sales in my Animal Rescue Category will donated to local shelters. I will be posting donation amounts on a once a month basis throughout the year. Unfortunate animals and I thank you for your support!
