I'm an archaeologist by degree, but I am now a stay at home mom. I have 2 girls, I'm so blessed. I have a wonderful husband, who is also an archaeologist. After being home for a few years, I am going to school to work on a master's in Health Care Administration. Makes for a busy life! Anyway, love items that are handmade and vintage. I love things from around the world.

So, why Chromotherapy?

Having two young children, I was looking for something to help me unwind after the little ones went to bed. (For all of you who have kids...you know what I'm talking about! Bedtime is a sacred time for any parent and a necessity in keeping one's sanity!!) I am not a trained therapist, however, it certainly has a calming effect on me!

I have always loved jewelry, especially colorful pendants. When going shopping I was always drawn towards hand painted items. Usually I was disappointed because most of the items I would see wouldn't be hand made or hand painted for that matter.

So, I combined two things I love: painting and pendants into a relaxing activity I can enjoy when I have time to myself.
