Cheryl Buehring, a wife and mother of two adult children, has painted since she was a teenager. She received a Certificate from the Art Instruction School of Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1995 and later discovered the joy of painting with one of her favorite drinks - coffee! She occasionally adds a splash of color by using natural dyes from vegetables or fruit. Cheryl grew up in Washington State, lived in several other states, has had the opportunity to travel extensively and spent time in the early 1980's serving as a missionary in the Refugee Camps of Thailand. She currently resides with her husband, Dave, in the hills of Franklin, Tennesse which inspires her to display the beauty of God's creation through her paintings.
