My name is Connie (my mother was the only one to call me Connie Lou). I live in in a rural area outside Richmond, Virgina. I've worked at all kinds of jobs and been all over the world...but now I'm doing what I love to do...designing fabric doll and toy kits.

My mother was always the seamstress and I was the artist/designer. I loved to applique and hand paint on the finished garments she would sew for my nieces. She would stitch up the felt trains and dinosaurs I designed for my boys. We were quite the team! So now I just do the designing and am very careful that my patterns are for all levels of sewists..

So now you can have handmade gifts for little...
