Hello, my name is Melissa. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana now, but my second home is Crystal Lake, Illinois. My husband Jason and I started our life there after college and I created with my heart and soul there while working at a ceramic studio for 8 years. I am a creative person who seems to make something out of nothing. So I have been told. I have a tendency to move from one project to another in different mediums. I have a degree in Art Education and a BA in arts. I also have pieces of my work in juried art shows! I have always enjoyed working with my hands creating something useful and unique. I am also a beginning gardener and love nature. I am a wife and mother of two miracles, Sophie 8 years and Jacob 4 years old.
