My name is Dafna.
To me, the thrill of working with paper lies in the ability to create eco friendly jewelry. I combine recycled material as handmade paper with diverse metals like silver, aluminum and brass to create fresh modern stunning pieces (and...helping our planet a tiny little bit).

Apart from creating paper jewelry I create paper drawings using handmade paper, my works have appeared in exhibitions and galleries throughout Israel.
My book "Creative Paper Jewelry" was published last September and I was very excited to find my self on amazon :-)

I embarked on my love affair with paper more than twenty years ago.
As part of my degree work in graphic design at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, I participated in a handmade paper workshop. I've discovered a whole new world of materials and senses.
After long staying in Japan, where I explored new ways to make art with paper I came back home with an urge to create paper jewelry.
