Beth Eaton Pottery's Profile

About

I majored in ceramic at UWMilwaukee. After graduation in 1999 I got a job at Lincoln art Pottery. There I recieved a free studio in exchange for keeping regular store hours. I worked on pottery from 10am-5pm monday-friday. This was just the discipline I needed to find my hand in my art. I worked hard, experimented and got to know my suppliers materials. By 2002 I knew what I was doing just in time to become a mom. I was a mom in a very dirty studio. Luckily, my home had no garage. We built a garage/studio in 2002 and that is were I have been working for the last 5 years.
I do a few local art fairs. I also teach kids classes in my backyard during the summer/fall.
If your in the area you can stop by for my studio clean up and seconds sale. It is held every year on the second saturday of July.
