Hi there!
My name is Brittany and I've been in the wonderful world of cakes and cupcakes for 5 years now. I went to "Le Cordon bleu" school of culinary arts 5 years ago and discovered my passion and love for anything to do with cakes, sweets and fondant. its a sweet and rewarding career! :)

I have worked along side the amazing talent of Beryl Anne Byrd in San Diego, CA in her cake shop Just Fabulous desserts, from there I moved on to cupcakes and Cupcake Love in Solana Beach, CA. I loved every minute and learned so much at both places.
I also had the great pleasure of competing on the hit TLC show "Ultimate cake off" twice this year. What an experience!

I'm now newly married and setting out on my own with cakes, cupcakes and fondant creations.

Fondant has always been my favorite part of any project, I love working with it and creating the perfect custom items to complete someones order.
