My name is Sunyata. On this earthly plane I am currently playing the roles of jewelery designer, Hakomi Therapist (http://www.hakomitransformation.com), world explorer, mother, wife, fun auntie, friend, and amateur chef.

As for metal smithing, I am mostly self taught. Currently my passion is working with mixed metals and combining them with rough, raw cut stones and unusual mineral specimens. My aim is to produce funky, uncommon and sometimes edgy designs.

I live in Vancouver, BC where I share my life with my artist husband and my unschooled teenage daughter, both of whom are a constant joy and inspiration.
