Although not an artist by trade, I have been a craftsperson all my life, and have always loved just about any kind of art and craft.

I discovered scrapbooking and paper piecing almost nine years ago, after I retired from my day job (nursing) and found myself here at home with a lot more free time on my hands. Soon after that, I started making handmade cards.

I get the inspiration for my cards and paper piecings from a variety of sources, including beautiful scrapbook papers and embellishments, songs, movies, quotes and sayings, my family, my friends, and my dogs. My husband and I are the proud owners of two beautiful rescued greyhounds, Harley and Beau.

I am constantly on the watch for fun or inspirational quotes and sayings to incorporate into my cards and paper sets.

I love the sense of creativity and satisfaction that I get from making cards and scrapbook layouts/paper piecing sets that other people enjoy. I hope you will find something here that you like.
