Marian Whitcomb's Profile
A designer looks at the aesthetic in everything, even the humblest every day objects and asks, "how can this be more beautiful? How can this improve my life by its function, but also by how it looks? How does its aesthetic presence effect how I feel in my space?"
I look for small objects that are often rendered badly (such as plastic fan pulls) and use the best materials to craft an item you will grow to enjoy more each day.
My hope is that you will appreciate the details you live with and be willing to pay a few more dollars for something you see every day. The cost reflects the time spent in finding and combining rare and unusual materials. I hope you will enjoy my offerings to you and share my work as unique gifts with those whom you love.
