Hi! My name is Robin Lynne. I created this shop to raise funds to help pay for my fiance Jason's pancreatic cancer treatments, medications, etc.

Jason was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in April of 2010. He has gone through a Whipple Procedure (ouch! google that one) 2 rounds of chemo and radiation, and his last CT scan was clean!

♥UPDATE♥ The doctors at Johns Hopkins have decided to take another route toward treating Jason's cancer. Due to his history of pancreatitis, they feel that the vaccine is not the best option - as it causes pancreatic inflammation (which could set off a pancreatitis attack in Jason.)

However, they believe the pancreatitis is what caused Jason's cancer (from having pancreatitis so often and irritating an already present cyst.) They are asking him to make trips back up there, to see doctors and specialists at a Pancreatitis clinic and hopefully get to the root of the problem.

They feel if they can cure or lessen the pancreatitis, they can cure or lessen the chances of recurring cancer. It was a surprise to hear when we got there, but we think it makes sense as well. All proceeds will still go directly towards helping Jason (cancer is NOT cheap :( ) even though he won't be doing the trial.
