Oriel and Rachael's Profile

About

Hi. We're Oriel and Rachael, a team of two influenced by the past. When we're not teaching, sipping wine under the stars, or learning from the environment, we make oil pastel portraits of historical figures whose impact on the world is still relevant today.

Freeradic exhibits consciousness expressed in "artistic" forms. Hence, what is displayed are emotions, memories, and ideas that are organized within various mediums. More about the artists:

Oriel is a teacher, artist, and philosopher. His favorite pastimes are collecting antique items, biking around NYC, exploring the globe, and (most of all) creating. His daily objective is to find the artistic element in living.

Rachael is a teacher, artist and linguist. She thinks we're all artists and finds beauty in everything from the simple to the chaotic. She likes to find the pattern on a butterflies wings, shop for lace, eat avocados, and create decorative bunting to hang in every room.
