Since highschool, I have been into goth and rock-inspired fashion. Back then, there wasn't the luxury and convenience of corporate companies and stores where these types of items could be purchased.

Being a creative person, I frequented thrift stores and yard sales to find basic pieces I could make my own! I think because of the mass-produced Goth Wear that is easily accessible to us, the creativity is creating a unique look for yourself has been forgotten. It's just easier to buy off the rack (which I have fallen victim to as well), but doesn't that defeat the purpose? Isn't a rock 'n roll/goth/punk look supposed to be unique expression? Hard to uniquely express yourself when thousands of other people are wearing the same clothing!

And what about women, adults? Many of the mass-produced clothing lines are geared...

In this tough economy, I am happy to launch this affordable Boutique featuring handmade and upcycled clothing and accessories. It's better for the environment, and allows you to actually wear a one-of-a-kind piece of art!
