All the rhodium plated charms are designed by Kashuen in Missoula Montana, USA. We have the design sent to different companies in South Korea and they make the mold and casting for us. The original rhodium plating is done there as well to ensure the highest quality. We hand glued the crystals on the charms in house. A lot of our jewelry has sterling silver, 14K gold filled or rhodium plating choices. We hand cut the chain length at our studio.

Turnaround & Packaging

All purchases are shipped within 1-2 business days. If paid by e-check, items will be shipped out as soon as e-check clears. Products are inspected for quality assurance, then put into a organza gift bag and shipped in bubble mailers. All effort is made so that products reach you safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will only sell and mail products that are fit for the beautiful you. If for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory, do email me at sales [!at] kashuen.com and we can work things out. I will gladly exchange it for something else. However, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when I sent it to you. The product has to reach me and be inspected before I will send your replacement. Shipping cost is non-refundable and buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Insurance is available upon request. Please state under “Message to Seller” and wait for a revised invoice. Should you opt not to purchase insurance, I will not be responsible in the event of lost mail.
