Hello! My name is Dawn. I was born and raised in a tiny Northern California hippy town, and moved to Austria 11 years ago to be with the man I love. This country, with it's four beautiful seasons and luscious fairytale-like nature, is what inspires my creations most. I get many of my new ideas while taking walks through the woods and fields, looking for toadstools and fallen acorns, or trudging through snowdrifts.

I'm a homemaker and artist, fortunate to be married to my best friend in the whole world. We have two cheerful Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Kiki and Boston, who bring us laughter all year round. Kiki is the inspiration for this shop's name and logo.

Kiki La Ru Cake Buntings are made in our clean, sweet-smelling country home while thinking positive thoughts and daydreaming.
