When I was 9 years old, I found my dad's collection of old cameras in the family hutch of Forgotten Things. It was love at first click. I live and breathe through my cameras. There is nothing more satisfying to me than that feeling of loading up a roll of film and heading out to shoot, especially with my old heirlooms in tow.
I adore film. There is something enchanting and exceptional about the way it catches the light. I shoot with a digital camera as well, and now that I'm without a darkroom, all my processing is done in PS, with a stubborn eye for How Would The Film Version Look---because nothing compares to a roll of E-6 exposed on my road-weary pentax. or argus. or mamiya. or holga. I love them all!
