About
When I was young, my wish was to have a horse of my own. I lived and breathed horses. I drew them constantly, and even had my own made up ranch in a notebook complete with pictures of all the horses who lived in it.
My father said when I was sixteen, I would want a driver's license. I wanted a horse.
Although I never got one, my love for the animal has never been stronger.
I have found a way to satisfy my want for them. Creating these beautiful horses brings back fond memories of my childhood, and I get to have as many of them as I want!
The initials MJM stand for 'Maddie Jaye's Mom'. My beautiful daughter is as horse crazy as I ever was, and tries diligently to keep every horse I make. I really can't blame her...
