About
Alisa Toninato is an artist/sculptor working in wood and casting metals. She studied at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD) in Wisconsin, with resident studies in Vancouver, BC Canada, at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design ( ECIAD), and Franconia Sculpture Park, Shafer Minnesota. Her practices in wooden pattern making, sand moulds, and casting iron continue to evolve through various new projects created in her studio in Madison Wisconsin.
