I have been doing this for over 15 years now, and I love every minute of it.

It may even be, for me, a way to fulfill at least one of my higher purposes. During a visit to the psychic community of Cassadaga, Florida, I was told by two different mediums that I am a natural healer. It occurred to me that maybe this is why I am drawn so strongly to working with stones.

I was also told that I have a LOT of spirit guides surrounding me at all times, and that they are all ANIMALS! Since I love animals of all sorts, this news delighted me!

I burn incense, put on some new age music or nature sounds, and disappear into the work, welcoming my animal guides to help shape the piece I am working on. I feel truly inspired by their presence, and by the patterns and colors of the materials I work with.
