Megan Welch's Profile

About

Like many of us, art has always played a large part in my life. I have always been drawn to recycled and upcycled items, and that is what I myself focus on when creating my art. There is so much waste in the world - why not help use it up, instead of just adding to it?

I began working with yarn at seven years old, and papermaking and bookbinding a few years later while working at an art camp, and I've never looked back since then. I am always working to refine my talents and cultivate new ones, and am not working on getting my Masters degree in Art Therapy, so that I can help others through the power of art.

I hope you enjoy looking at my creations, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
