All the products that I offer for sale have been made to provide beauty, warmth and a sense of comfort for the children that will be using them. As always, their opinion means the most...even if they can’t quite express themselves yet. Colors are bold and bright to excite and stimulate them and patterns are vivid to launch them into glorious dreams.

I stumbled into sewing fleece bedding by accident. A few years ago when my son was born he was the kind of baby that didn’t tolerate a blanket over him. The cotton crib sheets that we had were far too cold to sleep on in the winter so he was uncomfortable and not sleeping well. I ended up sewing fleece fitted sheets for him because I couldn’t find anything to buy. Lazy Bug™ Fleece Sheets was born.

I chose fleece for its warmth and fuzzy, cuddly nature. As I am an EXPERT at shrinking anything and everything in the washer/ dryer, The designs were modified for purely selfish reasons. I wanted the sheets to be deep enough that I couldn’t shrink them if I tried and stretchy enough that I didn’t have to fight to get them on. Voila! No more wrestling shrunken fitted sheets with loose elastic over a mattress....in the dark.....in the middle of the night! And lo and behold, my son started sleeping through the night! Coincidence?

I am a stay at home mom and these creations are sewn while my children are asleep at night. The rest of the house is quiet and I sew in front of a bay window with a midnight -and often a moonlight -view of the pine trees that surround our property.
