There are so many beautiful textures and fabrics and items of clothing that already exist in the world and I love to combine them into handmade high quality pieces so that they can find a new loving home.

My life revolves around these clothing creations and the joy I get from sewing each piece. All of my materials come from either the salvation army, goodwill, community rummage sales and yard sales so all of the money that I spend towards materials for my business goes towards my community and organizations that benefit the greater good.

Mountain Girl Clothing has been honored to have been featured in the following magazines:
Altered Couture Fall '09
The Sierra Club Magazine May '10
