MUTINOUS DAZE is an Independent Womenswear label created by Charlene O’Rourke and Kylie Coleman. Both Fashion Design (Honours) Graduates from UCA in Rochester, Kent, UK.

One day, not so long ago Charlene and Kylie noticed that their sewing machines were dusty and had cobwebs all over them. Not being big fans of spiders the girls knew they had to do something about it as soon as possible! The only answer was to start sewing to scare those pesky spiders away and to keep the cobwebs at bay! ‘What shall we sew’ the girls yelped!!!

After much deliberation they knew!...... ‘A Womenswear label with the sort of clothes girls like us want to wear.’

What is that you wonder? Clothes that are fashionable but are not available in masses so not everyone and their mum has a copy! Something more limited, something to treasure!

The clothes are entirely made by Charlene and Kylie. To make garments more ‘Limited’ as they say. End rolls and recycled fabrics are used so there may be many clothes of the same style but few of the same fabric….. This also means fabric info may not always be spot on so always take care, hand wash and do not leave near a naked flame as they may be flammable!
