Q. Do you do CONSIGNMENT?
A. Not so much. But if you have a location that is in a high-demand, high-traffic area, please contact us for consideration.
Q. Why does it take you so long to leave Etsy FEEDBACK?
A. We don't leave feedback as soon as a sale is made. Our job isn't done until you receive your order and are trembling with joy at the sight of it. We may refrain from leaving feedback until then. Or even later than that, because we're sidetracked.
Q. I have a blog/website/some kind of promotional tool. Do you mind if I feature you or your products?
A. Oh, we love to be featured! But we do request that you let us know (not required by any means). We like to know how people feel about the business, first of all. Q. Where do you get your graphics?
A. The vast majority of our graphics are produced in-house from scratch using software alone (that is, we don't draw then design -- we just jump right in). We do purchase some graphics from a handful of designers or companies.
Q. What kind of printer do you use?
A. Many products are produced - start to finish - in-house. Those products are printed on the best printer we can find and the best paper we can put through it. Any products we produce in house are also hand-scored, cut, folded and/or stored. For outsourced products, we use a reputable printer with whom we have a long-standing relationship.
