About

I am married and a stay at home mom with three teenage boys and a twelve year old girl. I am originally from Iowa. I went to college in South Dakota. In addition, to these places, I have lived in Washington, DC, Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma and Florida.

I have discovered that I have a true love for burlap and linen. It is taking over everything that I make. When I was little, I spent as much time as I could exploring our large attic. It was a really old farmhouse and there were things from many past residents. I think the burlap and linen remind me of the time in the attic exploring the treasures from the past. I love feed sacks too, but trying to find them in modern day Florida, isn't easy.
