The Plaid Cupcake makes handmade treats that - just like a cupcake - make your day just a little bit sweeter. Whether it's a luggage tag to make your suitcase easy to recognize in a sea of black luggage, or a coffee cozy that turns your morning latte into a piece of art, my hope is to bring a smile to your face one yard of fabric at a time.

You could definitely say my "craftiness" has "evolved" since my early days of shrinky dinks and spin art. Since then I've moved from one craft to another including needlepoint, crocheting, knitting, jewelry making, and now now sewing. My greatest love thus far just might have to be sewing, as it gives me the opportunity to breathe life into a mundane piece of fabric and turn it into something that is both functional (like plaid!) and whimsical (like a cupcake!)
