Our goal with Radical Culinary Services is to “pay forward” with our time, talents, and ultimately our profits. We’re intrigued by the Toms® brand, building up our employees like Ben & Jerry’s (before Unilever), and reaching out to those less fortunate and in need of our services.
For quite some time we felt the stirring of the Holy Spirit urging us to pursue our passion for food, and knew God wanted us to feed others through that passion. After we became culinary students, we began a Bible study by the name "Radical", and the name Radical Culinary Services was born.
Radical Culinary Services is owned by Sam & Carey Walker, located in the north Dallas area. Sam & Carey have over 30 years experience in the food industry, and both are currently pursuing their Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu Dallas.
