My vintage assemblage and upcycled jewelry is inspired by Art Nouveau, religious iconography, natural elements and antique and vintage heirlooms. Often times, my jewelry or artwork evokes a poem or a story that I'll share with you.
Creating meaningful one of a kind pieces with heirloom quality is what I love to do. I often use antique rosaries and religious medallions, mid-century French rhinestones, lacy filigree, vintage glass beads and authentic Art Nouveau elements in my jewelry. Vintage oil cans, antique papers and photographs, old china, cheese graters and many varieties of vintage hardware often find their way into my functional art assemblages.
My work has been featured several publications such as Taking Flight, an inspirational art book by Kelly Rae Roberts, Studios Magazine, and Cloth Paper Scissors magazine. You can also find me in Somerset Life, Somerset Home, Artful Blogging, Jewelry Affaire and Belle Armoire Jewelry. My artwork and jewelry have been sold all over the world.
