I am currently a stay at home mom to a 7 year old girl (please check out her shop at spellboundmaiden.etsy.com I am overseeing it, but she is the creative genious!) . I recently lost my dear sweet Shar Pei dog, who is the avatar in my daughters shop, and I am working closely with a Shar Pei rescue group www.peipeople.com I fostered a couple of dogs for them, and have now adopted one from them. I have several pieces tagged Pei People in my shop, and the proceeds from these pieces go to the rescue group. The below link will take you to those pieces.

I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) at the San Francisco Campus with a degree in Merchandising and Marketing.

I continued to work retail for the next 15 years in various capacities for one of the largest department stores in the United States. But during those years I discovered a passion for creating.

I have been "playing" with jewelry design for over 12 years, collecting unique antiquities and fascinating vintage materials. I have been perfecting my techniques, and I have finally reached a point where I am confident enough to share my creations with the world. Etsy has been the perfect venue for me, and I am thankful that I found it! I am continually awed by the talent of other artisans here and it makes me strive harder to be even better. My goal is to learn lost wax casting and take metalworking classes so I can make my own components.


My husband has been kind enough to share a piece of his garage with me by setting up my own drill press, bench grinder, and studio kiln.

My sister has recently opened her own Etsy shop and I am so proud of her! Check out her puppets:
