Hi! I'm a yarn-obsessed mum and IT professional; when I've had too much of the techies and staring at a computer screen I love to engross myself in with yarn and beads to unwind.

During my schooldays I longed to have artistic talent, but was never happy with my paintings and sketches. Then I discovered that I could knit, crochet, and (more recently) dye yarns - these are are my artwork now!

My family and I were privileged to be able to move to Cornwall in 1996. Living in a small village, just 2 miles from the coast is magical - the patchwork fields, open skies, and awesome seascapes can't fail to inspire.

The colours and moods of the seasons translate into my crafts - hand-dyed luxury yarns, and hand-knitted or crocheted items.

I like to sell items of my own design, so I'm now offering those patterns for sale too - I know lots of knitwear-lovers who prefer to make their own, which I support 100%!

Things I love include collecting yarn and beads, watching the sun set over the sea with my family, and eating chocolate. Preferably all at the same time.
