I'm Ana of Solhful Photography (by Ana Cole). I love to take photographs of the ordinary, and then transform them into something extraordinary. Because I believe that the ordinary is extraordinary! From the dustings of pollen on a single flower petal, to the beat up facade of an abandoned train depot, my photographs do not discriminate subjects. I've always felt a sense of regal in the subdued.

I am influenced by the abstract, the vintage, the modern and contemporary. Solhful Photography is modern fine art photography inspired by the beauty of the past.

I grew up and current reside in rural Minnesota. Surrounded by nature (and books!), I've been greatly influenced by the minute details of my surroundings. It is here that you can find an antique shop on every corner,a lake every few miles, the rolling rivers, hills, valleys, and the beautiful open prairie with the wind rustling through the tall grasses. Stay awhile and enjoy the open air.
