My name is April, but my friends call me Apey. I started crafting back in 1988, when I was just 8 years old, at a local recreation center in Detroit.
Crafting for me started as a way to spend my afternoons while my mom was at work, and has become quite a passion of mine over the years. Some of my favorite things to make currently are ATCs, Dotee Dolls, modified Barbies and accessories for modified Barbies. I'm working towards mastering Barbie shadowboxes soon.
