Nestled in a portion of Ohio where a gigantic glacier once passed through, I sometimes feel like a Nordic pioneer woman living a rustic life -- except for my laptop, electricity, a warm house, four cats, a rabbit, a coffee pod contraption and when I make a beeline to the Starbucks drive-thru as soon as the first flakes of snow fall. Oh and I'm not Nordic. But nonetheless, I love the snow, icicles, the change of seasons, the gorgeous trees, the prairie grasses, and seeing goats and llamas peering over fences from time to time.
