Yevgenia Watts was born and grew up in Ukraine. Starting at the age of 9, she attended multiple art classes and in 1996, graduated from the Khmelnitsky Visual Arts School. In 2003, she moved to the USA with her family. Yevgenia then pursued architectural education and completed her B.A degree in 2007. At present time, she lives in Southern California with her husband and a baby son. She devotes her time to painting primarily in watercolor and exploring different art techniques.
