TheCamerasEye: Self taught photographer/artist

Photography and art is my passion. Nature is a gift from our Creator and the camera's eye helps me to capture his beauty.I am inspired by the gift that he has given us ;the gift of sight. TheCamerasEye can capture the colors, the shadows, the soft and subtle and the bold and beautiful. If only we could capture the sound and smells as well. I hope to evoke those memories as I take you on a journey Through the lens of my camera and into the eye of my heart.

Living in Western NY an area that has captured my heart and my imagination...My goal is to share the treasures found here and to inspire you to come take a look for your self! Buffalo is an Architectural dream, and artists haven,a writers pen and paper.. the sights, sounds, the people and inspirational food has captured many and released few.

I use photography as my platform and build layers and layers of color, scratches and detail to create one of a kind digital paintings.

*Shutterbug magazine Sept 1999 issue. I co-wrote and article with Peggy Bradford of St. Louis.The article was featured in the section Women in Photography: "Handcoloring black and white photo's" Several of my photographs were featured.
* Middletown Times Herald Record
* My work will be featured in the Buffalo News Unique finds the end of October of this year.(2011).
*Contests too numerous to mention online and off.
