I design and make womens hats, using the best felts and straws available to me. Everything in my shop is completely handmade by me.

I shape the hats using steam. This is called blocking. My incredible collection of vintage hat blocks look like hats made of wood and each felt or straw gets shaped on one of these. I make a cloche hat on a cloche block, a fedora hat on a fedora block, etc. You can go here to see a hat being blocked. Millinery is pretty interesting:
