About
I started quilting during the big ice storm of 1998 in Plattsburgh, NY. I was stranded in my apartment for 5 days and began my first bed-size quilt!
I machine piece and quilt and I am currently experimenting with designing children's & adult wall hangings using machine piecing and quilting along with using various art supplies to decorate the quilt blocks (oil paint sticks, acrylic paint, colored pencils, glitter glue, fabric pastels, hand embroidery and embellishments.) This all enhances the more traditional style of quilting and makes my wall hangings unique!
I am venturing into padfolios-fabric covers for journals, agendas and notebooks; all of which can be embellished with various art supplies and can hold pens and a cell phone if desired.
I have begun making art supply rolls to hold colored...
