About
I have a degree in Fashion Design and spent more than a decade making custom silk wedding gowns... needless to say I am very picky and hand work is my specialty. I started making toys for my two daughters while living on the top of a mountain in the interior of British Columbia, Canada with a treadle machine and some snippets of wool...Three Owls Toys continues to make whimsical toys that tread gently on the environment and are safe for the children who play with them. All toys are stuffed with clean new wool and lots of love. Wool is fire resistant and has insulating properties that make the toys warm as they are snuggled. When they are done being a good toy they can be composted to make good soil.
