I sell all items in US dollars, but payment can be made in any currency providing you have a PayPal account. I ship regularly to the US and Canada, so it is cheaper for all of you in those countries to buy my items from this site rather than on my European eBay store which is all in British pounds. Items sold here are similar as on the eBay store, but it can vary from time to time depending on listing time periods. I ship by standard small packet rate post, which takes at least 3 days-1 week for US, Canada and rest of the world. If anyone has to wait more than ten days for an order to get mailed, this clearly indicates than I am out of town or overseas and not able to mail anything until I get home again or delay with shipping handling in your country. Public holidays like Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving can also result in delays with mail. The longest anyone has had to wait for anything is a month, but this is very unsual. You must be patient if you live outside of the UK, don't message me asking "Where's my item?" after just three weeks, be patient and ask me if you've waited more than one month.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT TRACKING NUMBERS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN GENERAL INTERNATIONAL MAIL COSTS. In order to get a tracking number included, it is an extra $7 charge on top of the general international mail cost listed. It is totally up to the buyer whether they wish to have a tracking number included and pay this charge. I have never had anyone complain of not receiving my packages, so non-receipt is extremely rare and once it's in the hands of the post office, it is not my responsibility.

Yes, I do make the things sold on here myself and even make my own moulds to create all the designs made from resin and polymer clay, which I use a lot. I have also created designs from fabrics, leather, PVC and wood as well as different kinds of beads, shells, metals, mirror, acrylic and other plastics, silicone rubber and lots more.

PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR ANYTHING THAT IS NOT ON SALE HERE AS WHATEVER IS AVAILABLE WILL BE ON HERE. I don't have the time to make custom orders or anything new unless it's on here, as this is mainly my hobby and doesn't gain much profit. I have a main job, so I make jewelry whenever I get the spare time.
