Stated multiple time when I needed cookies to arrive. Never did, had to fight with seller to get a refund. Seller attempted to tell me that I needed to wait for a refund till she found out what happened with the package. While the cookies look beautiful, they never arrived at all, and seller tried to make me feel bad for wanting a refund. Even at one point telling me that I am obviously all about the money and I was bullying her for a refund. Simple concept she lacked which was "I purchased a good-Good did not arrive-I am entitled to a refund" all I did was ask for one in a timely fashion (not 10 days so she could find the cookies) ...It’s not how you deal with the perfect sales that matter, its how you deal with the ones that are issues. She was defensive, rude and overall uncooperative. Sorry to say but the beauty of her cookies are not worth dealing with her.
I ordered for the office custom cookies for Administration Day and the cookies were so cute, tasty, and nicely packaged. The seller was very easy to deal with and I can only say wonderful things of my experience. Highly recommended.
