A few years ago I became a mother and unfortunately my beautiful baby boy underwent several surgeries during his first few years of life. After dwelling way too long on the "woes" of my family's circumstances, I knew I needed an "attitude overhaul". So I started to dwell "on the promises" found in scripture and other life-giving words of hope. Jeremiah 29:11 quickly became my favorite verse during this time. And having a short memory, I realized I needed to read and reread these words everyday, so I created my first sign!

What inspires most of my signs??? My 4 year old son (who is doing great now!), life lessons, conversations over coffee, scripture, and ideas I want to put on my own walls!

What do I love most about making signs??? It is the best feeling in the world to know that "someone else" in the world can relate to the words on my signs... I am not alone. :)

What am I doing when I am not making signs?? Teaching elementary school, loving my little boy, hanging out with my sweet hubby, and most likely eating chocolate!!
