This store is dedicated to the girl who uses her clothing as a means to blend fantasy and reality.

It is also a means by which we here at Wild Honey Pie are able to give back to the community of homeless women here in Austin TX who need support both literally and figuratively.

My love of fashion and the thrill of shopping comes to no better end than when I get to share it with those women. Every Monday morning, volunteers set up a temporary boutique filled with donated clothes in the basement of a church in downtown Austin. We then provide breakfast and the opportunity to shop with a volunteer to 40 homeless and home-insecure women. I love it with all my heart when I get to go there, and it soon became apparent that there was a huge need for quality bras in a range of sizes. Too many women are plagued with ill-fitting bras and as we all know..who can stand that..even when we are properly dressed and in temperature-stabilized conditions? I am proud to say I have just recently started on this mission and I can't wait to see what it is able to bring. And every purchase made here at WHP gets to be a part of it!

I really hope this shop speaks to women who love to stand out, have fun with their wardrobe and take risks once in a while!
