Welcome to my shop!
Sewing has been a life-long love of mine. It began when I was a young child plying a shoelace through chunky, wooden stringing beads and playing with lacing cards. By the age of seven, I had moved onto embroidery and crewel work. In high school, I sewed much of my own wardrobe. But having a family has most caused my sewing skills to grow--starting with simple sundresses for my daughters and progressing on to: historical corsets, Civil War-era ballgowns, period boys' clothing, and 1880's day wear and dinner dresses.
