Originally from Fermanagh in Ireland, my wife and I moved to California in 2006. Growing up in an early Victorian house, it was apparent to me how durable and style resilient antiques were, as well as practical. Couple this with the old eclectic characters of a small village and I was enthralled from an early age.

As a result it was in my DNA to appreciate anything of quality and wanted to find out the story behind each an every treasure. I still enjoy discovering new old things, and the specific reason for their being. They were made with a passion, not in a fashion and hence why they have survived.

I sell antiques and collectibles online at yesteryearessentials.etsy.com and at the Long Beach flea market, shop for collectors or buy collections from individuals or estate sales. I will always try to be friendly, fair and honest.
