***I don't have a paypal account, can I still pay by credit card?

You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to signing up for a Paypal account. I'm also happy to accept checks and money orders. I will wait for your check to clear before shipping your goods, so it may take a few extra days for your package to arrive.
***What is your shipping policy?

Your order will be processed and shipped out in 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. It will take 2 to 5 days in transit US, and up to 2 weeks in transit for International orders. I ship via USPS First Class. International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail, unless otherwise noted. Shipping prices can be tricky to estimate, I always refund excess shipping charges over $1. Items are safely and handsomely wrapped, and I use recycled packing materials whenever possible. Please let me know if you require a printed receipt or invoice to be included with your order. (These can easily be printed online as well, from your Etsy account or the email you receive after the sale is complete.)

No, most of the items in A. Bel Emporium are new. Any authentic, vintage goods will be clearly labeled as such, so you know they are the real thing! I search long and hard to find these retro, vintage-inspired cake toppers. Many of these miniatures, although new, are cast from the same vintage-style molds that have been used for decades!
***Where do you find all of this stuff? I want to order these items in bulk, can you tell me who your wholesale suppliers are?
